Overview

The Billing & Subscriptions page allows you to manage your current plan, review available subscription tiers, and configure add-ons. This section is used to control feature availability, request limits, and support levels for your tenant.

Current Plan Status

At the top of the page, you’ll see your current plan status. Example states include:
  • Free plan
  • Active paid plan
A confirmation banner indicates the currently active plan and highlights upgrade opportunities if applicable.

Billing Cycle

Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to view plans based on the preferred billing cycle.
Switching the view does not immediately change your subscription. It only updates how plans are displayed.

Example Add-ons

  • Usage extensions
  • Feature-specific enhancements
Add-ons can typically be enabled alongside an existing plan.

Governance Notes

  • Plan constraints apply across the entire tenant.
  • Usage, limits, and entitlements are enforced automatically based on the active plan.

Best Practices

  • Review plan limits before onboarding large teams or workloads
  • Use add-ons to handle short-term demand increases
  • Periodically reassess subscription choice as usage grows
  • Align plan selection with governance, support, and analytics needs

  • Usage Dashboard – Monitor request volume and activity
